On December 4, the frequency conversion equipment standardization technical committee (SAC/TC518), the national power electronic systems and equipment standardization technical committee including semiconductor electric current transformer of electric drive speed regulation system technical committee (SAC/TC60 / SC1) 2020 annual meeting and the standard conventions held in changsha, known to science and technology commissioner and from all over the country's enterprises, research institutes, inspection institutions, colleges and universities of 50 members and representatives to attend the meeting.

The participating members deliberated and approved the 2020 annual work summary and 2021 annual work plan made by Han Dongming, and Chai Qing made a special report on international standardization work, and explained the main contents of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work, Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Subsequently, the draft of the national standard "General Specification for Variable frequency Power supply for testing" was discussed.
